The 1/4 beef deposit includes an average of 100 pounds of product cut according to your specifications, (ground beef, steaks, roast, etc.). After ordering, we will email you a cut-sheet you can use to determine how you would like the animal processed.

A $200 upfront deposit is required at the time of your order to reserve the 1/4 beef bundle, and the remaining amount will be due at the time of delivery. Final billing will be based on $7.50 / lb for the final weight, minus your deposit. The typically final weight is between 80 – 100 pounds, which means your net cost will range from $600 – $750.
